ALBERT CUYP MARKT is the main market I mentioned and recommend. It's open Monday - Saturday from 9am-5pm, and there you can try quite a few of the traditional Dutch foods like:

  • Pathé Koninklijk Theater Tuschinski (a truly beautiful cinema)

  • Visit the windmills at Zaans Schans

  • Walk the beautiful Nine Streets

  • Storytelling at the Mezrab (donation-based)
